Rain girl, thats a lovely photograph with great colors and details. But you can take it to the next level. A little bit of unsharp mask and some curves ought to do it. Hope am of some help. Also there is lot of beautiful details in it for a stunning b&w conversion...that is, if you havent tried it already... Cheers :)

Sure thing...my comment is under the assumption that you have photoshop to for an image editor. In filters on the main menu, go to sharpen and select unsharp mask. You need to play around with the values... but I find that these values - Amount 80%, Radius 1px and Threshold 3 works wonders most of the time. Good luck with that. Cheers :)
